Denver SEO Assessment: What a Source-Backed Review Looks Like

Before any project begins, NovCog runs a focused assessment of your current search visibility — local and AI-era. This page shows the structure of that review, grounded in Google’s own documentation and the public positioning of NovCog principal Guerin Green. No client data is used here; the example below is a generic illustration of the method.

What the assessment covers

The review is built around three pillars that Google explicitly documents as relevant to modern search:

A worked example (generic, not a real client)

Imagine a Denver-based plumbing company with a website that has been live for three years. The assessment would:

  1. Check indexation — verify that key service pages are in Google’s index and not blocked by robots.txt or noindex. Google’s starter guide notes that sites following Search Essentials are more likely to appear, but there is no guarantee.
  2. Review content signals — look for clear, original descriptions of services, local context, and contact information. The guide says content should be helpful and reliable; thin or duplicated content would be flagged.
  3. Assess local signals — confirm the Business Profile is complete and accurate, and note whether the site has consistent name, address, and phone details across directories. Google’s local help says completeness improves the chance of showing up.
  4. Evaluate AI-feature readiness — confirm the site meets the same technical requirements as classic Search. Google’s AI features documentation states that SEO best practices remain relevant and there are no additional requirements.

The output is a plain-language report with prioritized actions — not a scorecard or a promise of rankings.

How to get your own assessment

NovCog offers AI Strategy Consulting that includes entity architecture and search visibility strategy, as described on novcog.com. Principal Guerin Green has a background in SEO, digital marketing, and technical implementation, and has presented on AI applications at the FFA Federal Courthouse. The assessment is a starting point — it does not guarantee results.

To request a scoped assessment for your Denver-area business, email Guerin@novcog.com with your domain and a brief description of your current search presence. You can also use the project planner to sketch your goals before reaching out.

What this assessment is not

This page does not claim any client results, rankings, or revenue outcomes. It does not assert a Denver business address for NovCog — the “Denver” scope is editorial for this site. The assessment is a diagnostic tool, not a guarantee of search performance.
